I made the mistake of placing an order. Not only did they give me a order number they charged me $257.85 for 3 sets instead of 3 bras plus 3 free ones. I’ve called to correct order and the operators keep stating that my order isn’t in their system. They have you waiting on hold in hopes that you hang up. They have minimum information for assistance over the phone and when they say to check out their website you can’t retrieve your order until 48 hrs.

I agree, DO NOT PURCHASE THE GENIE BRA. I purchased 2 sets of six of the genie bra after seeing the commercial(very convincing). I called first to determine sizing because I can wear both a large or an extra large after asking my bra size I was told I would need a large. I thanked them and hung up, they called me back to see why I didn’t buy any, I told them they were too expensive, so they cut the price on both sets and advised I would only be charged 9.99 for processing & handling. When I got home I had an email with the correct set prices but a charge of $39.99 processing. I called them and told them to cancel the order, after telling me they were backlogged and it would be 4 to 6 weeks before I received them, I was told sorry they have already shipped and they couldn’t do anything, the bras came 2 weeks later so I called to see how I could send them back and they offered to give me a $12 discount, I declined, then they came back and offered a $26 discount, so I decided to keep them. WHAT A MISTAKE. The size is wrong, there is NO SUPPORT, they are flimsy and you can see right through them, the bottom rolls up every time you move, which leaves a nice roll of material around your back, very poor quality. My sisters were a medium and she has the same problems, so now we are stuck with 12 bras that no one wants and even though they advised me of size, they said the sales were final and refused to remove the charges or to let us send them back. STAY AWAY FROM THE GENIE BRA AND TRISTAR CO.
Terrible (actually non-existent) customer service – long wait times on the phone on your dime, listening to more of their infomercials.
They also made their website so that it’s almost impossible to find the information about their 60-day money back guarantee, which was the reason I fell for this offer. If you go online to their website, go to the BOTTOM OF THE HOME PAGE and click on “Customer Care.” From there, SCROLL TO THE BOTTOM OF THAT PAGE using the light blue scroll bar to the far right. Then, SCROLL TO THE BOTTOM OF THE COLUMN TITLED “Customer Service” using the light blue scroll bar in the center of the page just to the right of the column. Unless you scroll to the bottom of BOTH, you won’t see the following, which I post here for your convenience.

I recieved 12 bras as ordered witha $59.00 ship and handling fee whew! They show the models as looking feminine, but in actuality, the bras are very UN feminine. They don’t look pretty at all, maybe functional but NOT pretty. I think they are very cheaply made, but what do you expect for $13.00 a piece. A good bra costs about $40. to $60. I think they are too tight and the fabric is too hot. Also, my knit shirts kept sticking to the bra and I had to keep straightening the shirt. This isn’t sounding too good is it? And what woman wants six of the same thing, we like variety. Really, I cannot think of one good thing about them. Not one! That is my opinion. Thank you for your time and hope it was helpful.
after hearing these comments im not going 2 get the genie bra..the genie bra looks liket hose walmart bras that are for exercising or something.ill stick with victoria secret they are very good and 2 anybody who reads this go go 2 victoria secret and get the incredible bra its so confertable…. and no underwire its all like pading and thiks really sofy gell inside very nice bra…i reccomand getting that bra this bra looks confertale. but no support.
I placed an order for some Genie Bras. Like many other customers have experienced, mine were going to be on backorder. In the meantime, I found some at a local store and decided to make sure that the ones I’d ordered were going to fit (since their sizing is not very easy to determine). I found that I was going to need the next size up. So, since my order hasn’t shipped anyway, I called to get it changed in their system. You can’t change; you must cancel that order and submit a new one. So I attempted to do that. I have just now placed my THIRD phone call to this company to get my order cancelled. It has still not been done. My original intent was to cancel this order so I could reorder another size. However, if this is the way they treat their customers, I think I’ll save the almost $100. I don’t care how “comfortable” they say these things are, it’s sure not worth this hassle to get them. I have since started reading some review websites of these bras, and I’m even more convinced that I want to cancel my order. I am very dissatisfied with this company and urge others to beware.
The band under the breast does not stsy in place it rolls. Also, I see now that if you purchase the bra you get three free. Wish I knew that it would have been nice to have three extras. And for those who are ordering, be aware that somehow you are put on a list for an offer to take a cruise, have gotten four calls already very frustrating.
horrible business practices.. My order was on back order for over 4 months, so I canceled it, months ago.. But today I found out through my bank they took the money out of my account anyway and They sent the order anyway, months later.. on a canceled order!!!! Horrible, horrible horrible…..
I just got my Genie bras and I’m not satisfied. I didn’t get an invoice with my order, it doesn’t give good support or really fit properly. It rolls under my breast. I have large breast and the bra has no lift, it acutally flattens and rounds them close together. I wish I would have read these reviews first. I hope I can get a refund.

My bras didn’t fit although I followed the size chart. They were too small. In my case, although the 3 were the same size, they did not all fit the same. The seam on one of the bras fell apart just from trying it on for a day.
I accidentally ordered from the American site. That being said, instead of paying $59.99 Cdn + $12.94 S&H, I paid $91.60 + $26.77 duty. Honestly, although it’s my mistake, I’m thinking the site should not allow me to order, or redirect me, or something.
The size chart between the Canadian site and American site are different. Not sure how to interpret that, or how to order.
I didn’t find an email contact for customer service. That would be a plus.
It’s seems very comfortable (if the fit were right) but more flimsy than I expected, and also less support than I expected.
I am returning my order so again, I will lose there. I may reorder at a later date, I don’t know.
I bought 2 of these at Walmart for under $20, so I am happy with the price. But, even with buying a size larger than my tshirt size they are still a bit small in the chest part. I am a 34D or DD. My tshirt size is usually a small or medium. I went ahead and bought a Large since my cup size is fairly big and it doesn’t quite have enough coverage in the front. I’m constantly pulling it down so the nonrolling band doesn’t roll up under my boobs. If I pull it down to a comfortable position I’m spilling out over the top. I didn’t realize that cup size mattered. So I’m not going to buy the XL because I think it would be too big around. ONLY BUY THESE IF YOU ARE AN A-C CUP!!! I think it pretty much looks like I have a sports bra on. I do like…the support, soft and stretchy, no underwire, $, comfortable. I will keep these in hopes of losing a little weight then my boobs should shrink some. They haven’t been this big since being pregnant or breatfeeding! I was hoping this bra would be my answer to uncomfortable bad fitting bras, guess not!

For all the ladies that feel they have been ripped off: if you paid with a credit card, call your credit card company and dispute the charge – explain that the product is not as advertised, the company is not honoring their guarantee and are impossible to communicate with. Normally they (VISA, MC, etc.) will immediately take it off your bill, and they will call the company and deal with them. Also, post a complaint on the Better Business Bureau Website so other people will know this is not a reputable company or product.

Don’t “buy” into the hype ladies. Unless you’re flat chested, this bra will do nothing for you. There is absolutely NO support AT ALL. They claim this bra is great for even large breasted women. DO NOT BELIEVE IT. I am a 34 DD and it was worthless. Did not fit, cups too small, spillage everywhere – front, sides, back, no support, sagging just as if I were braless, and I did buy the correct size based on their size chart. A waste of money and a real disappointment.
I am size 16 top got XL it looks and feels great from the front the straps stay in place there is enough support.the band does not ride up.no bulges round the arm pit but my back still has bulges i think i should have got the l size for more support in the back area.you can not tell you are wearing one.i would recomend them.
These bras are not sized correctly. They actually hurt. The band rolls up and digs into the skin. I hate them and am returning them. Thanks for wasting my time and money in ordering these.

I ordered this bra and returned them today. I wished I had read the reviews before ordering them. Absolutely no support forus busty women. Well back to Playtex.
I got a box that had 2 in it from Bed, Bath, & Beyond. I’m a busty girl and find very little support, it is there some but not much. And there is not any discomfort….but I feel “bouncy” when I walk….which doesn’t feel professional. These are good for lounging in but not if I want to feel and look “put together.”
These bras don’t offer any support and I am spilling over everywhere. When I put my bra on it was nothing like the on-line commercial. Don’t buy these bras.

First of all, I was very upset that after all was said and done I was paying $97.97 USD not Canadian, but then I was charged another $25.09 when it finally arrived at my door weeks later!!! A grand total of almost $130.00 for bras that will be collecting dust in the back of your closet!!!!! Also the ‘claim your $50.00 WalMart gift card’ and ‘$20.00 cash rebate on your purchase’ when you place your order on their website IS A BIG FAT LIE!!!!
Just to read that even if I return all my bras, I will still be out half my money spent, to end up with no product at all.
As for the bra itself…it DOES roll up…it IS very hard to get on, impossible if you have a bad shoulder…the look, well you may as well not be wearing a bra at all, as it has no support, and you can still see your nipples through your t-shirt!!! >:/
All of this is not told to the consumer, but rather they seem to spend their time making it VERY DIFFICULT to do anything about helping the customer retrieve the money they spent on a product they are not happy with!!!

first the shipping is rediculas. Second your nipples show through. And third there is absolutly NO SUPPORT! i have sports bras that have more support!! What a MAJOR rip off!!
I just purchased the Genie Bra at bed & bath just to try it out, I must say I love it… No more adjusting my bra straps, or pulling or tugging. But I wish the company would consider Coming up with other colors. These colors get boring after a while.
Ever since I saw the genie bra I was always curious as to whether it would fit me right or not. For my breast size (42 H) and being a plus sized woman it was always hard to find a bra that would fit JUST RIGHT. For christmas 2011, my husband purchased a genie bra set for me. One black, one nude. Size XL. I tried them on instantly and was very happy with how each one fit. For better or more support I would wear both of them, nude on first and then black on top since black goes with everything. I am still satisfied as I have given birth to a baby girl and my breast have been sore. It would be a bad idea to go brawless, so I wear my genie bras. I am so happy and satisfied with the genie bra. And mine wasn’t ordered online or by phone, it was purchased at CVS in the “As Seen On TV” section. Again, I’m quite satisfied.
I’m a 38dd, bought a 1xl size but I’m spilling out of it. There’s padding in it which gives my boobs a strange shape. The women in the promotion videos have the band low around their ribs, but mine is up under my breasts. And yet it can’t be too small because the straps keeps falling down and their is little support. I’ll wash them a few times and see if they change.
I hate wearing a bra, so I decided to give it a try and I have to say I love it. I can actually keep it on all day and it doesn’t bother me. I wish this bra was invented sooner.

Love this bra!!!! I’m a 32DD so I bought a Medium just because there were no Smalls. Would still like to try it in a small though. It offers great support and I love the way I look in it. The pads in it offer plenty of nipple coverage. I’ve had no problem with the band rolling at all. I love to wear it to the gym to work out in, its so comfortable. Don’t order online if your trying out this bra. I got mine at Wal-mart, 2 for $19.99. Most comfortable bra I’ve ever worn! If they would just make a summer version to ware under T-backs that has thinner straps and is cut a little lower in front. This would be my bra for life.
STAY AWAY! You will waste your money. The bottom band rides up, the straps fall down and they have ABSOLUTELY NO LIFT WHAT SO EVER! I tried shortening the straps (I know how to sew) and it did almost nothing. The pads shift around and you have to keep fixing them or you will be poking through your clothes. If you want to look saggy and frumpy buy them otherwise look elsewhere.
